Product notes

The soil is volcanic. The climate is Mediterranean, with hot summers and cool nights.

Production notes

The grapes are hand-harvested to preserve their quality. Vinification takes place in stainless steel tanks with temperature-controlled fermentation to retain freshness and aromas. The wine is then aged on fine lees to add roundness and complexity.

Tasting notes

It has a straw-yellow color with silvery highlights. The nose reveals delicate aromas of white peach, green apple, orange blossom, and mandarin. On the palate, it is fresh and juicy, with well-balanced acidity, a slightly creamy texture, and a persistent mineral finish. Serve between 8 and 10°C; it pairs perfectly with grilled fish, seafood, grilled vegetables, and fresh cheeses such as buffalo mozzarella.
