Product notes
The vineyards are located in Campania, on volcanic and calcareous soils that provide strong minerality. The Mediterranean climate, with hot days and cool nights, helps preserve acidity and aromatic freshness in the grapes.
Production notes
The grapes are hand-harvested to ensure their integrity. Vinification takes place in stainless steel tanks with controlled temperature to preserve primary aromas. The wine is then aged on fine lees for several months to gain roundness and complexity.
Tasting notes
Feudi di San Gregorio Falanghina Verditerre DOC displays a pale straw-yellow color with greenish highlights. The nose opens with aromas of white flowers, white-fleshed fruits like pear and peach, along with citrus notes and a subtle herbal touch. On the palate, the wine is lively and fresh, with crisp acidity, pronounced minerality, and a dry finish marked by hints of citrus, aromatic herbs, and a refined, elegant bitterness. Serve between 8 and 10 °C. It pairs beautifully with grilled fish, seafood, sushi, composed salads, vegetable-based pasta dishes, and fresh cheeses such as ricotta or buffalo mozzarella.
