Tasting notes

The wine displays an intense violet color. On the nose, aromas of prunes, black cherries, and figs emerge. On the palate, it is medium-bodied with good concentration, a silky texture, and rich black fruit flavors. The finish is long and pleasant. This wine is ideally served between 16 and 18 °C (61–64 °F). It pairs perfectly with grilled meats, richly sauced pasta, and aged cheeses.
