Product notes

The grapes come from Garnacha vines over 75 years old, cultivated using the traditional gobelet (bush vine) method. Planted at 690 meters altitude, these vines thrive on very stony, well-drained soils that naturally concentrate aromas and limit yields to produce high-quality grapes. The high altitude brings natural freshness, allowing slow ripening and excellent fruit expression. This exceptional terroir imparts intensity, finesse, and balance to the wine.

Production notes

Garnacha (Grenache) vineyards over 75 years old, located at 690 meters of altitude on very stony soils. Selection, maceration, fermentation and rack-and-return, followed by further maceration and malolactic fermentation. Aged for 12 months in barrels, 80% French oak and 20% American oak.

Tasting notes

Ruby with a violet hue. Youthful and pronounced aromas of strawberry jam, sugarcane, vanilla, and tea. On the palate, it shows a touch of sweetness and good balance. Well-balanced with a lush mouthfeel, soft tannins, and just the right amount of tension and liveliness. Delicious on its own, it is also highly recommended with Iberian ham, carpaccio, steak tartare, or red meat. Perfect with dark chocolate desserts. It is recommended to serve this wine between 15 and 17 °C to fully appreciate its aromas and balance.
