Product notes

Clay-limestone soils with pebbles on the surface. Continental Mediterranean climate, characterized by hot, dry summers and cool winters, favoring slow, balanced ripening of the grapes.

Production notes

Tempranillo and cariñena are aged in French oak barrels for 24 months. Grenache is aged for 24 months in 225-liter American oak barrels. The blend is made from the best barrels, then the wine is aged for a further 36 months in bottle.

Tasting notes

A beautiful ruby-red color that is beginning to show garnet highlights. Elegant aromas of red currant, tobacco and eucalyptus permeate the nose. The finish is long and pleasant. Recommended with roasts, meats and mature cheeses. Uncork one hour before serving.
