The E. Guigal Côtes-du-Rhône Blanc is a brilliant expression of the white grape varieties from the Southern Rhône. Made primarily from Viognier, with a complementary blend of Roussanne, Marsanne, Clairette, Bourboulenc, and Grenache Blanc, this wine offers beautiful aromatic complexity and a silky texture. It stands out as an accessible gastronomic white, combining freshness, fruit, and balance.

Production notes

The grapes come from various carefully selected plots in the highest-quality areas of the appellation. Each grape variety is vinified separately to preserve its unique characteristics. Fermentation is carried out at low temperature to retain the primary aromas.

Tasting notes

Pale bright yellow color with golden reflections, indicating freshness and liveliness. The nose is delicate and expressive, revealing aromas of white flowers, peach, apricot, and yellow-fleshed fruits, bringing sweetness and elegance. On the palate, the attack is fresh and lively, followed by a full and harmonious texture. The wine stands out with its fruity and slightly spicy notes, offering good aromatic persistence. The finish is lively and elegant, marked by a floral touch on the aftertaste. Serve between 10 and 12 °C to fully reveal its finesse. Food pairings: ideal with grilled or sauced fish (salmon, sea bass, trout), seafood, sautéed shrimp, fried calamari, Asian cuisine (pad thai, spring rolls), roasted chicken or mild curry, as well as pressed cheeses like young Comté, Tomme, or Manchego.
