Product notes
Soil and terroir: Mainly clay and limestone, with perfect water retention. Vineyard located between 300 and 350 meters above sea level. Slope of 20 to 25%.
Production notes
Manual harvest, second half of September. The grapes are destemmed and crushed immediately after harvest. They are left on their skins for seven to eight days in order to slowly and delicately extract all the noble components. Fermentation is completed once the must is drawn from the skins, giving the wine grace and elegance. The wine is bottled when it reaches perfect balance, usually late in the spring following the vintage, after having spent about six months in oak.
Tasting notes
Ruby red color with purple reflections. Intense, delicate and winey nose. In the mouth, it is light, supple and dry with a nice frame of almond. Perfect pairing for pasta and tasty dishes. Serving temperature: 16 to 18 ° C.
