Product notes

Santa Julia Organic Cabernet Sauvignon comes from Maipú, Mendoza (Argentina), at an altitude of 650 meters. The soil is alluvial and rich in minerals. The climate is semi-arid with significant temperature variations between day and night, promoting slow and aromatic ripening.

Production notes

The vines are grown organically, without chemical products, allowing for a pure, fruity, and balanced expression of the grape variety. Vinification is carried out with native yeasts and minimal intervention to preserve the authenticity of the fruit and the terroir.

Tasting notes

Santa Julia Organic Cabernet Sauvignon displays a deep red color with purplish hues. On the nose, it offers aromas of ripe red fruits such as cherry and plum, with a subtle hint of spice. The palate is smooth and well-structured, with soft tannins and a balanced, fruity finish. It is best served between 16°C and 18°C to fully appreciate its aromatic richness. This wine pairs beautifully with grilled red meats, saucy dishes, roasted vegetables, and firm cheeses.
