Tasting notes

This Malbec displays a deep red color with violet hues, characteristic of the grape. The nose offers intense and expressive aromas of fresh red and black fruits, including cherry, blackberry, and plum, with subtle floral hints and a touch of spice. On the palate, the wine is smooth on entry, with a complex, well-balanced body and impressive depth. The tannins are soft and well-integrated, providing structure without harshness. The finish is long and flavorful, marked by a plum jam character and a gentle, toasty note if the wine has seen oak. Best enjoyed at a serving temperature of 16°C to 18°C (60°F to 64°F), ideally after 15 to 30 minutes of aeration. It pairs beautifully with grilled or braised red meats like beef and lamb, as well as roast poultry. It also complements dishes with mild spices, aged cheeses, or Mediterranean vegetable stews such as ratatouille.
