Product notes
Production notes
Natural wine, clarete (traditional method of co-fermenting red and white grapes). Organic vineyards, fermentation with native yeasts, no added sulfites, unfiltered, vegan wine.
Tasting notes
La Vaquita Clarete has a pale red color with pink reflections, clear and bright. On the nose, it reveals fresh aromas of red fruits like strawberry, raspberry, and cherry, accompanied by delicate floral notes such as violet and orange blossom, thanks to the Torrontés grape. On the palate, it offers a fresh attack with lively acidity, a light to medium body, soft tannins, and a juicy, persistent finish. This natural wine is best served between 10°C and 12°C to preserve its freshness and aromatic nuances. It pairs perfectly with light appetizers, Mediterranean dishes like paella or pasta, as well as grilled vegetables and simply prepared white meats, making it a versatile and friendly choice.
