Tasting notes

The wine displays a yellow color with green reflections. The nose reveals delicate and floral aromas, where chamomile and linden blend with fruity notes of apricot and peach. On the palate, it offers an elegant flavor, perfectly balanced between acidity and freshness. The finish is dry, with a subtle hint of orange peel. This wine is ideally served between 8 and 10 °C, providing a pleasant sensation of lightness. It pairs especially well with chicken salads garnished with apricot, peach, or mango.
