Production notes

Manual harvest. The grapes are then destemmed, crushed and vinified with careful maceration. Fermentation in stone tanks at controlled temperature, with permanent pumping over. When the desired balm is reached, the wine is mutated by the addition of brandy. Aging in barrels for a minimum of 7 years, and bottling as needed.

Tasting notes

Brilliant red color with an amber halo. Elegant and complex bouquet of dried fruits and hints of spices. Delicately structured on the palate and well balanced. A creamy wine, with excellent freshness and good acidity.
