Production notes

After a variable spring with some frost the summer was extremely hot and dry. Some rain in early September was of great benefit to the final maturation of the grapes. A small crop but of excellent quality. - The different lots are vinified separately and are then aged for a few months in neutral oak vats.

Tasting notes

Luminous ruby color. Forest berries, spices, leather, moist earth and dried plum, layered in the aroma. Soft, round taste, well-balanced acidity and clean and persistent aftertaste. Very pleasing, and ready to drink. - Recommended serving temperature: 18°C
