Product notes

From the volcanic hills of the Soave Classico zone, east of Verona, the vineyard benefits from basaltic, mineral-rich soils and a temperate climate—ideal for preserving the freshness and elegance of the Garganega grape.

Production notes

The grapes are hand-harvested at full ripeness to ensure optimal quality. Vinification takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks to preserve the aromatic purity of the Garganega grape and the wine’s natural freshness.

Tasting notes

The Zenato Soave Classico reveals a bright straw yellow color with greenish highlights. The nose is delicate and expressive, offering aromas of white flowers, citrus, and white-fleshed fruits. On the palate, it is fresh, well-balanced, slightly mineral, with lovely liveliness and an elegant finish. Serve chilled, between 8 and 10 °C, to fully enjoy its finesse. It pairs beautifully with seafood, grilled fish, crisp vegetables, or fresh cheeses.
