Tasting notes
It presents an intense ruby color, limpid, brilliant. Its nose expresses aromas of black and red fruits. It has a full and generous mouthfeel, with good structure and leaves a certain aromatic persistence on the finish. It goes wonderfully with smoked duck breast, grilled entrecote or lamb tagine. Ideal with a good Camembert.
