Product notes

Age of vines: 35 years old. Terroir of Marne and clay limestone.

Production notes

Mechanical harvest in the second half of September. Direct pressing and fermentation in vat. Aging in barrels for six years under veil.

Tasting notes

Sustained and brilliant straw yellow color. Intense nose of nuts and spices with hints of vanilla and old cognac. Round attack with good acid support on the finish. The nutty aromas persist at the end of the mouth. Grilled chicken, vegetables, nuts and dried fruits.
