Terroir: Granite, shale, blue stone. 300 meters, facing south-east. Yield: 52 hls / hectare. Age of the vines: 55 years.

Production notes

Manual harvest for 10 days. Traditional Beaujolais, semi-carbonic vinification. Aging 10 months in oak barrels.

Tasting notes

Aromatic nose of very ripe black fruits, even peony. Suave, round and oily mouth reminding us of these black fruits. Very beautiful complexity, very beautiful wine of great maturity. Perfect with meat sauce and grilled red meat. Serve at 15 degrees Celsius.
