Product notes

The vineyard is located between the Gironde and the Atlantic Ocean, thus benefiting from a particular climate which offers ideal maturity. This family estate is divided into two distinct parts: clay-limestone soils for good structure, and gravel which adds finesse.

Production notes

The harvest lasts 14 effective days in mechanical harvest. Vinification with cold pre-fermentation macerations in thermo-regulated concrete and stainless steel vats. Aging 12 months in French oak barrels, which are replaced by a quarter every year.

Tasting notes

Garnet color with ruby edge. Open bouquet with essences of toasted spices, sweet spices, figs and ripe black fruits. The attack on the palate is round, the evolution is silky, accompanied by enveloped tannins, volume of association and very present fruity notes, giving a beautiful whole, elegant with a long and very aromatic finish. Goes well with red meat and cheese.
