Product notes

Soil and terroir: Granitic and sandy. - Average age of the vines: Between 30 and 80 years.

Production notes

Manual harvest. - Traditional Beaujolais vinification, semi-carbonic, in whole harvest. - Aging ten months in oak casks. Racking in March, then re-racking in stainless steel tanks for assembly one month before bottling.

Tasting notes

Pronounced purple color. Aromas of blackberry and blackcurrant berries. Ample and round on the palate with notes of black fruit. - Pairings with cold meats, meat in sauce (chicken or beef).
