Malbec: Paraje Altamira, Valle de Uco, Mendoza, at an altitude of 1100 masl. Cabernet: Gualtallary, Valle de Uco, Mendoza, at an altitude of 1230 masl.
Production notes
Manual Harvest. Harvest in March.Selection of bunches. Concrete vats filled by gravity and fermentation with indigenous yeasts. Macerated for 20 days with daily delestage and pigeage. The wine was aged in oak foudres for around 12 months. No filtered - bottled.
Tasting notes
Intense red black in color, this wine offers a complex nose that highlights ripe black and red fruit aromas with subtle spicy notes. On the palate, it is firm, mature and structured. It is also fresh and elegant due to great acidity. Long finish.Serve with red meat, pizza, pasta.
