Product notes
Alluvial soil well stratified. Small middle eroded stone on a sandy-clay layer. Hand harvested grapes the first week of April following different type of soils.
Production notes
With temperatures that fell below of the average and a great thermal amplitude. The weather conditions gave a very good natural acidity, excellent fruit and nothing overripe. The grapes were direct pressed. Fermented with indigenous yeasts in concrete vessels. No malolactic fermentation and aging in concrete vats.
Tasting notes
Aromas of fresh herbs, lemon peel, fresh green apple and apricot on the nose. Succulent pallet, green apples, fresh lime, minerals, white pepper, long finish.Serve with chicken, fish, risotto.
