Land of Gualtallary Tupungato, 1400 meters above sea level, and La Consulta San Carlos, 990 meters above sea level.
Production notes
Manual harvesting in March and April. Selection of grapes and grapes, filling of vats by gravity. Fermentation with indigenous yeasts with gentle extraction by shedding and punching down. Maceration on the marc for 25 days. Malolactic fermentation and aging in oak barrels.
Tasting notes
Intense purple color with red reflections. Great aromatic intensity with ripe red and black notes. Nice structure and long finish. Ideal pairing with roast venison with garlic and wild mushrooms or wild boar steak with red wine and wild leek sauce.
