Product notes

90% granite soil, 10% clay on an altitude of 250 m; hot and dry climate, hence the concentration of this 2018 vintage.

Production notes

Manual harvest on September 3, yield limited to 40 hls / ha due to the drought. Traditional Beaujolais vinification in whole harvest. Aging 12 months in oak casks (4 years old casks), racking in vats for 1 month then bottling.

Tasting notes

Wine with a very intense ruby ​​color, aroma of very ripe black fruits, smooth and creamy palate with very round tannins. Ideal with red meats, such as lamb and beef. Serve between 15 and 18 ° C.
